The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by an inspector, so there may also be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing the item Before making a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the item in question. The buyer may not later invoke any matter that could have been discovered during a pre-inspection.

• 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making a bid. The goods are not new, so defects and missing parts may be found.

• 👉 No right of exchange or return: The sale is final, so please inspect the items carefully before deciding to buy. Before making a purchase decision, always check any matters related to the purchase, including vehicle taxes, the condition of the equipment, and any hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any tax-, registration- and inspection details of vehicles from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If taxes remain unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, and may also have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be picked up within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for exceeding the pickup time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the deal

  The seller will resell the item and charge the full difference between any lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and debt collection costs, with interest in full. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before making a bid.
