The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. • 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any tax-, registration- and inspection details for vehicles from the Traficom public vehicle information service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankrupt estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankrupt estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electrical and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for exceeding the pickup time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the deal

  The seller will resell the item and charge, in full, any difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, as well as any agency and debt collection costs, including interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and terms of sale applicable to this auction before making an offer.
