Viewing the property

Before making a written purchase offer, the bidder is obliged to inspect the property, documents and records. The buyer cannot later rely on matters that could have been observed during the initial inspection.

Withdrawal from the purchase

A party that refuses to complete the purchase must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the sale.
