The buyer undertakes to pay the purchase price to the client account of the law firm Asianajotoimisto Oksanen Oy before the completion of the sale.

The property sale will be concluded in the presence of the certifying official.

The completion will be arranged primarily in Helsinki at the offices of Asianajotoimisto Oksanen Oy or in Mikkeli at the certifying official's premises.

By participating in the auction I accept that my name and contact details may be disclosed to the advertiser if necessary. For example, if the highest bidder withdraws after their bid has been accepted.
