The cabin has a large living room, kitchen and one small bedroom. The living room has eight bunk beds. Wood heating, a heat‑retaining stove and a well. Lakeside sauna, campfire site, smoking equipment, a boat and life jackets. Electric lighting from a solar panel, LPG stove and LPG refrigerator. Also suitable for families with children. A good beach opens to the south‑west, a sheltered, warm spot to enjoy the views. Water for washing at the sauna is taken from the lake with a hand pump or carried. The cabin is on the fish‑rich Lake Kuohattijärvi; the lake contains perch, pike, whitefish and zander. Note: persons aged over 18 and under 65 must have the state fishing permit for lure and net fishing. Worm fishing and ice‑fishing are permitted without a licence. For other fishing, a local permit is also required in addition to the fishing licence. Surrounded by good hunting and berry‑picking grounds. Small game area: 7625 Peurajärvi (www.eraluvat.fi).

The property is let under a separately agreed lease of 5–10 years for an annual rent, and the rent will be linked to the cost‑of‑living index.
In the auction bidders therefore bid the amount of one year's rent (euros/year)

If the tenant is a company that will use the property for VAT‑able business activity, a commercial lease will be made and VAT of 25.5% will be added to the rent.
In addition, for commercial leases we require a rent security equal to 1.5 × the VAT‑inclusive annual rent.
We accept a bank or guarantor institution guarantee as security.

The cabin has previously been a rental cabin and will be let with the fixtures and furnishings present at the time the lease is signed.

The property is let as seen at the time of letting and, under the lease terms, the tenant will be responsible for all building maintenance, including minor repairs. As landlord, Metsähallitus will not contribute to these maintenance costs during the lease. Metsähallitus will decide separately, case by case, on any larger, renovation‑type repairs. Metsähallitus will pay the property tax and the buildings' fire insurance.

The tenant is responsible for any snow‑clearing costs. Forest roads are not kept open in winter except for Metsähallitus's own operations, and Metsähallitus will maintain roads only as required for its purposes.

The lease will not include any special rights or privileges, such as fishing or hunting permits.
