The property is sold in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com. The online auction ends on 24 August 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance of the highest bid will be decided separately.

The seized object is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends on 24 August 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last bid. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the purchaser's liability to compensate under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

Upon acceptance of the bid, the buyer must immediately pay a deposit equal to 20% of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority's official deposit account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Authority will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted.

If necessary, up to four weeks' payment time may be granted for the remaining purchase price. Use of the payment period must be notified separately. If payment time is used, annual interest shall be charged in accordance with Section 3(2) of the Interest Act for the entire agreed payment period from the date of sale until the payment period ends.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum bid and the Huutokaupat.com object number concerned. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 20 August 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Turku office, address Sairashuoneenkatu 2–4, 20100 Turku, or by e-mail to turku.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

If it is not possible to give purchase bids via the service www.huutokaupat.com, the bidder may submit a written offer to the Enforcement Authority, which will be connected to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. A written offer must be signed and must state contact details, the highest bid and the object number in the www.huutokaupat.com service. The written offer is binding and follows the same conditions as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 20 August 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's office in Åbo, address Lasarettsgatan 2–4, 20100 Åbo, or by e-mail to turku.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The property has been seized and will be sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves with the property, the sales brochure and the attached documents. The sales brochure is indicative and not a comprehensive description of the property. Buyers should therefore inspect the property before making an offer.

The buyer must apply for title registration within six months of the date of the deed. The buyer must pay the transfer tax proactively no later than when applying for title registration. The transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price.

The buyer will acquire title and the deed will be delivered to the buyer only after the sale has become final and the purchase price has been paid in full.
