The original log-frame building dates from 1946. Known repair and renovation needs of the property:

• The porch has been dismantled down to the frame due to a roof leak. The joint between the house roof and the porch roof leaks, and the porch roof trusses have darkening and need replacing.

• A water damage incident occurred in the bathroom earlier this year, 2026, after a joint failed. In practice, the bathroom needs to be dismantled and rebuilt.

• The living room floor is warped around the oven, having moved in a way typical for an old building.

• About 3,500 m² of forest land belonging to the plot was recently clear-felled, and reforestation measures will be the buyer's responsibility.

• General tidying is needed in the yard area.

• The fireplace has not been used since 2009, so sweeping and inspection are required before use. The oven has also shifted and is crooked.

• The original building documents are not available, and there is no information on final inspections. The extension work was inspected in 2006. The documents still show a shed building and an outdoor toilet that once stood on the plot but have since been removed.
