Bids made in the auction are not binding on the seller. The parish reserves the right to accept or reject the bids made. Decisions on accepting bids are made by the parish's competent decision-making bodies.

Schedule: The highest bid will be taken to the church council on 22 September 2026, which will decide on rejecting the bid or present it to the council. The final decision on accepting or rejecting the bid will be made by the church council at its meeting on 6 October 2026.

The property will be released immediately upon completion of the sale; there are no valid lease agreements.
