• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected. They are sold directly from use, as-is. Goods are sold from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been reviewed by a condition inspector, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection The bidder is obliged to inspect the item before making an offer. The buyer cannot later claim an issue that could have been discovered during a pre-inspection.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Always check all relevant matters before deciding to buy, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the equipment, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A late collection fee of €50 per day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agency and collection costs in full, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before bidding.
