• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition‑inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods are sold from use or storage. The item has been described for the sales listing by the seller. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so hidden faults may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item Bidders must inspect the item before making an offer. The buyer cannot later claim issues that could have been observed during the pre‑inspection.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days and a receipt sent by email according to the pickup and payment instructions provided by huutokaupat.com. Note each bid has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, a collection fee must be paid for each. • 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always verify any relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of equipment, and potential hidden faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle compliance: The buyer is responsible for checking vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. Unpaid taxes transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate releases a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of items.

• ⏲️ Pickup times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A late‑collection fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller may re‑sell the item and charge the difference between the offered price and any lower re‑sale price, plus any agency and collection costs in full, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions before placing an offer.

• inspect the item and the information provided before bidding

• offers are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• the item is sold "as is" but the seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information given in the listing

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction closing, the bid is no longer binding for the bidder.
