• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected. They are sold as used, in their current state. Goods come directly from use or storage. The item was photographed by the seller for the listing. The item has not been inspected by a condition assessor, so hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was made may exist.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding Bidders must inspect the item before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later claim an issue that could have been found during a prior inspection.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so please check items carefully before deciding to buy. Always check all relevant matters before purchasing, e.g. vehicle taxes, the item's condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicle tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50/day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection fees in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
