• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected. They are sold as used, in their current condition. Items come directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so hidden defects not noted in the listing may exist.

• 👓 Inspection prior to bidding Bidders must inspect the item before making an offer. The buyer cannot later claim an issue that could have been noticed during the pre-inspection.

• 👉 No right to exchange or return: Sales are final, so please check items carefully before purchase. Always check all relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, item condition, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle fitness: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle's taxes, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Removal of connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electrical and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50/day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the original and the new price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sale terms before bidding.
