• 🛠️ No inspection: Items have not been inspected. They are sold as used, in their current condition. Goods come directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by an inspector, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection prior to bidding Bidders must inspect the item before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been discovered during prior inspection.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions sent by huutokaupat.com. Note each lot has its own pickup fee; if you win multiple lots you must pay the pickup fee for each. The pickup fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section of the auction page. • 🔕 Items Goods originate from an insolvency estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Always check all relevant matters before purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, item condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle's tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid they will pass to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the insolvency estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from an insolvency estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electrical or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from purchase

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the new price and the offered price, plus any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions that apply before bidding.

Please note:

•   bids are binding and there is no exchange or return right

•   the item is sold "as is" but the seller is responsible for ensuring the information in the listing is correct
