Hotel Tallukka is located in Vääksy, municipality of Asikkala, on the isthmus between Lake Vesijärvi and Lake Päijänne, about 20 kilometres from Lahti.

The auction sells, as a single lot, the hotel land areas, buildings, the Hotel Tallukka business and the operational fixtures and fittings. The site provides facilities for accommodation, restaurant, conference, celebration, wellness and event activities and offers opportunities to further develop the business and properties.

SCOPE OF SALE

The sale includes the following six registered units with land areas and buildings:

In addition to the land areas and buildings, the sale includes the Hotel Tallukka business and the operational fixtures and fittings.

Alcohol, food and drink stocks present at the site at the time of sale are not included in the purchase.

CONDITION OF THE PROPERTY AND PRE‑INSPECTION

The property, land areas, buildings and other items for sale are sold in their current condition at the time of sale (as is).

No seller‑ordered condition inspection report is available for the buildings.

Bidders must inspect the property, the documents relating to the six properties and the condition of the buildings before making an offer. At the bidder’s expense, a technical inspection can be arranged before submitting an offer. Inspections are arranged by agreement.

PAYMENT TERMS

After the auction ends and the highest bid is accepted, the buyer must pay 30% of the accepted purchase price to the seller’s designated account within three (3) working days of acceptance.

The balance of the purchase price shall be paid no later than at the signing of the deed of sale and transfer of ownership or at another time agreed separately.
