The fee covers final cleaning, parking, bed linen, towels, consumables, upkeep of the apartment and yard, purchases and repairs, heating, firewood, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, maintenance services and on‑call service, reception and key service, etc.

The buyer gets the share’s use from week 23/2027 onwards (Fri 4 June 2027 - Fri 11 June 2027).
