The service charge covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, consumables, apartment and grounds maintenance, purchases and repairs, heating, firewood, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, waste management, maintenance services and emergency cover, reception and key service, property management and administration, etc.

If you cannot use the week yourself, renting the apartment is easy — just notify reception who will collect the keys.

The buyer gets use of the share from week 11/2027 onwards (Fri 12 March 2027 - Fri 19 March 2027).

Check-in at 16:00 and check-out at 10:00.

The purchase contract and registered posting of the share certificate are included in the price. Delivery of the share certificate as a registered and insured post is available for an additional €20.

There are no service charge arrears on the share.

Payment within 1 day of the listing closing. If you need a longer payment period, please agree this before making an offer.

The buyer is responsible for Holiday Club’s registration fee (€40 for private buyers / €60 for companies). T:mi Heli Hedman will provide all documents required for registration to Holiday Club.

The buyer must promptly submit the transfer tax declaration and pay the transfer tax (1.5% of the purchase price; transfers under €10 are not taxed) and provide the seller with the transfer tax certificate. T:mi Heli Hedman will send the buyer detailed instructions for completing the transfer tax declaration in the Finnish tax system (omavero).
