Katinkulta’s high-quality, stylish and versatile spa offers year-round entertainment for the whole family. The spa has over 20 separate pools, whirlpools, counter-current pools, massaging showers, a water fountain and a children’s water slide. Outside there is a smoke sauna, ice hole, outdoor pool and a hot tub with bubbles! For children there is also a warm children’s pool, floats and swimming mats. The water and air temperature is always +32 °C.

Enjoy and relax in Katinkulta’s Sauna World. Sauna World has two steam saunas, a cave sauna, a regular sauna and a log sauna next to the experience showers. New this season are two tropical experience showers with four selectable programmes with light and sound effects.

Vuokatti’s downhill offering is varied and it is easy to move between the slope areas. There are slopes for beginners at Hupikukkula and Maxi’s Snow World up to more demanding slopes and performance areas (e.g. Freestyle Park, no. 6) whether you ski or snowboard. Vuokatti has a total of 14 slopes and 10 lifts.

For cross-country skiers Vuokatti has a total of 190 km of prepared trails. The tracks are groomed each year to Olympic Training Center standards for both classic and skate styles, which guarantees top-level tracks for hobbyists, leisure skiers and competitors alike.

There are 32 km of lit trails in Vuokatti. The lights come on early in the morning and go off late in the evening.

If you cannot come yourself you may rent the week for rental income or transfer the week to a friend — just tell reception who will collect the keys.

Maintenance fees for 2027:

Basic maintenance fee €251.45 / year.
Usage charge €174.20 / year.

Total €425.65 / year.

The maintenance fee covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, consumables, upkeep and purchases for the apartment and grounds, heating, firewood, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, waste management, maintenance services and emergency service, reception and key service, property management, administration etc.

Most of the renovation loan has been paid. Approximately €250 remains, which the buyer will assume. The renovation loan is paid as a financing charge this year and next, after which the loan is fully repaid. The financing charge this year (2026) is €137.35 and next year (2027) €110.55.

The buyer receives use of the apartment from week 2/2027 onwards (Sat 9 January 2027 - Sat 16 January 2027).

The apartment is available from 16:00 and must be vacated by 12:00.
