Katinkulta's high-quality, stylish and versatile spa offers year-round entertainment for the whole family. The spa has over 20 separate pools, whirlpools, counter-current pools, massaging showers, a water fountain and a children's water slide. Outside there is a smoke sauna, ice hole, outdoor pool and hot tub with bubbles! For children there is also a warm kiddie pool, floats and swim mats. Water and air temperature is always +32 °C.

Relax and unwind in Katinkulta's Sauna World. The Sauna World has two steam saunas, a cave sauna, a regular sauna and a log sauna located next to the experience showers.

Katinkulta's championship golf course, Nuas, is one of Finland's most beautiful. In addition there is a public course Vuokatti for beginner golf heroes, the club course Tenetti and a driving range for practising swings.

The maintenance fee covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, consumables, firewood, maintenance and purchases for the apartment and yard, heating, electricity, water, insurances, property tax, waste management, maintenance services and on-call service, reception and key service, property management, administration, etc.

Most of the renovation loan has been repaid. Remaining approx. €180 which the buyer will assume. The renovation loan is paid as a financing fee this year and next year, after which the loan will be fully repaid. Financing fee this year (2026) is €107.63 and next year (2027) €86.63.

Owning a holiday week is above all carefree holidaying. As a week owner you acquire a share of the holiday property. Holiday Club takes care of maintenance and cleaning, bed linen and firewood so you can focus on enjoying your holiday.

If you cannot use the week yourself, the week is easy to rent out or you can hand it to a friend — just notify reception who will collect the keys.

The buyer pays the 2026 maintenance fee and gets the share in use for week 35/2026 starting (Sat 22 Aug 2026 - Sat 29 Aug 2026).

Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out at 12:00.
