Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. Suomen Yrityskonsultointi and the buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts all terms of sale. In timeshare sales the deed of sale is always signed electronically via the Visma service after the auction ends; the seller prepares the deed and sends the signing link to the highest bidder. Bids are binding and the share must be paid to the bank account shown in the deed within 3 days of the end of the auction.

Withdrawal from the purchase

If the sale does not proceed due to the bidder’s fault, the seller has the right to compensation for false bidding and disruption of business amounting to at least €280 or 10% of the highest bid. Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax, which is 1.5% of the purchase price (based on the debt-free price), and the Holiday Club registration fee (€40 for private individuals / €60 for companies). Suomen Yrityskonsultointi will send instructions by email on paying the transfer tax once the purchase price has been paid. Suomen Yrityskonsultointi will send the deed of sale, a copy of the transfer entry on the share certificate and the transfer tax certificate to the property manager for registration of the share.
