Suomen Yrityskonsultointi confirms that all service charges and other payments to the company have been paid up to the date of sale.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for transfer tax, which is 1.5% of the purchase price excluding debt, and Holiday Club’s registration fee (€40 private / €60 companies). Suomen Yrityskonsultointi will send instructions for paying the transfer tax by e-mail once the purchase price has been paid. Suomen Yrityskonsultointi will send the manager the deed, a copy of the share certificate transfer entry and proof of transfer tax for the share registration.
