Offers must be submitted by the specified deadline. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts the terms of sale.

Inspection of the property
Before making an offer the bidder is obliged to inspect the property, documents and other papers, and the auction terms. The buyer may not later refer to matters that could have been discovered during the pre-inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information known to the seller that may reasonably be assumed to affect the transaction.

Conclusion of the sale

The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed with the buyer separately. The purchase price is paid at the signing. Statutory charges arising from the sale are the responsibility of the buyer.

Other costs
The buyer is responsible for any transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice in force.

Withdrawal from the sale

A buyer who refuses to complete the purchase must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to completing the transaction.

The seller has the right to reject the highest offer.
