The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden defects that were not noted when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection Bidders must, before making an offer, inspect the lot and any company documents and records related to it. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been discovered during prior inspection.

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please consider this when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Overstaying the collection time will incur a charge of €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge any difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the seller's terms before placing an offer.
