• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been inspected. They are sold as used, in their current condition. The goods are taken directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the auction listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding Bidders must inspect the lot, related company documents and other papers before making an offer. A buyer cannot later claim an issue that could have been discovered during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or return right provided by the seller. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days and a receipt sent by email according to the pick-up and payment instructions provided by huutokaupat.com. Please note that each lot has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, the collection fee must be paid for each lot. • 🔕 Products The goods come from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. The items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No right to exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before deciding to buy. Always verify matters related to the purchase such as vehicle taxes, the condition of the item, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle's tax, registration and inspection status via the public vehicle information service (Traficom). Any unpaid taxes transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be taxed, untaxed or without current inspection.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please consider this when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removing and loading the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Lots must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will re-sell the lot and charge the difference between the original winning bid and any lower resale price, as well as any agent and debt collection costs in full, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before making an offer.
