• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check possible tax, registration and inspection details for vehicles using Traficom's public vehicle information service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration can take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A charge of €50 per day + VAT will be applied for overdue collection.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agent and recovery costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction's terms and the seller's terms before making an offer.
