• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold as used, in their current state. Items are as used or from storage. The lot has been photographed for the sales listing by the seller. The product has not been inspected by a condition assessor, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing the lot Bidders must inspect the lot, the company documents and related papers before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been detected during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item has no warranty, exchange or return right from the seller. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions sent by huutokaupat.com by email. • 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. The items are not new, so defects or missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always check all relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of devices, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle taxes, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer fully to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Removal of items: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the sales conditions applicable to this auction before making an offer.
