• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition‑inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Items come straight from use or storage. The seller photographed the item for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was prepared.

• 👓 Inspection Bidders must inspect the lot, associated documents and records before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been observed during the preliminary inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without seller warranty, exchange or right of return. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions sent by huutokaupat.com. Please note that each bid has its own pickup fee; if there are multiple bids you must pay the pickup fee for each. The pickup fee is shown in the "delivery methods and fees" section on the auction page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT and VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. The items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No right to exchange or return: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before purchase. Always check all relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: The buyer is responsible for checking vehicle tax, registration and inspection status via Traficom’s public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for late collection.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller may re‑sell the item and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction conditions and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
