The item has been photographed for the sales listing by the seller. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when creating the listing.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final; please check items carefully before purchase. Always check all relevant matters before deciding to buy, e.g. vehicle taxes, item condition, possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle compliance: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from the bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collections will be charged €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before making an offer.
