• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition-checked. They are sold as used, in their current condition. Items come directly from use or storage. The seller photographed the lot for the sale listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noted in the listing.

• 👓 Inspection Bidders are obliged before bidding to inspect the item, the company documents and other relevant papers. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been discovered during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The sold items carry no warranty, exchange or return right from the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: Payment must be made within 2 (two) days and proof of payment sent according to the pickup and payment instructions emailed by huutokaupat.com. Please note each winning bid has its own pickup fee; if you win multiple lots, a pickup fee must be paid for each. The pickup fee is shown in the “delivery methods and costs” section on the auction page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The lot must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please consider this when placing a bid. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Please always check any related matters before purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the equipment, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle liabilities: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicles' tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller may resell the lot and charge the buyer the difference between the resale price and the offered price, as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the seller’s terms before bidding.

• • inspect the lot and the information provided before bidding

• • bids are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• • the lot is sold "as is" but the seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information in the listing

• • if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction ending, the bid no longer binds the bidder.
