• 👓 Inspection The bidder is obliged to inspect the item, the property documents and other related documents before placing an offer. The buyer cannot later claim shortcomings that could have been noticed during the pre-inspection.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle's tax, registration and inspection details using Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles sold may be inspected, uninspected or subject to unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Removal of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removing and loading the items.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for overdue collection.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from purchase

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower selling price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before placing an offer.
