Seized FIAT-DETHLEFFS I 5841 Motorhome, first registered 2004, Hämeenlinna

The item will be sold by means of online bidding on the www.huutokaupat.com website in a web auction held between 12 June 2026 and 2 July 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 19:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the provider’s system functionality. The highest bid is the one the provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers through the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the web auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment function. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the service’s lot number that the offer concerns. The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms as the web auction will apply. The offer must be received no later than 12:00 on 1 July 2026 at the Enforcement Authority’s Hämeenlinna office, address Arvi Kariston katu 5, 4th floor, 13100 Hämeenlinna, or by email to hameenlinna.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period. Bids submitted in the web auction are binding. If an accepted bid is successful, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the announced payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the purchaser’s liability to compensate under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer who made the highest bid must, immediately after acceptance of the bid, pay the full purchase price to the Enforcement Authority’s official account according to the instructions given.

The property has been seized and is sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer in compliance, where applicable, with the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

The sales brochure is indicative and is not a comprehensive description of the sale item. The item can be collected after payment of the purchase price. A transfer certificate will be given to the buyer upon collection. Collection must be agreed separately with Senior Enforcement Inspector Markku Piikkilä.

Buyers are advised to familiarise themselves carefully with the sale item, the sales brochure and the attached documents before making an offer.
