Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. It is also possible to participate in the auction in person by making an offer to the seller on site. The seller and buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Viewing the property

Before making an offer the bidder is obliged to inspect the property, documents and records. The buyer cannot afterwards rely on any matter that could have been discovered during the pre-inspection.

Information given by the seller

The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information that the seller knows and that may be assumed to affect the transaction.

Conclusion of the sale

The sale of real estate must be made in the form prescribed by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. The purchase price is paid at the closing. The fee of the certifier of the sale will be paid half by the seller and half by the buyer. The sale must be completed by 15 June 2026 at the latest.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax according to the applicable tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale

A party who refuses to complete the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary acts related to completing the sale. Penalty 4% if the buyer or seller cancels the transaction.
