• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition‑inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods come from use or storage and have been described for the listing by the seller. The product has not been examined by an inspector, so hidden defects not noticed when creating the listing may exist.

• 👓 Inspection / viewing Bidders are required to inspect the premises, company documents and related papers before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been observed during the pre‑inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The seller offers no warranty, exchange or return rights. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the pick‑up and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Please note each lot has its own pick‑up fee; if you have multiple wins, the pick‑up fee must be paid for each lot. The pick‑up fee is shown in the "delivery methods and fees" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankrupt estate; please consider this when bidding. Items are not new, so defects and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Please also check any related matters before deciding (e.g. vehicle taxes, device condition, possible hidden defects).

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicle tax, registration and MOT/inspection details via Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankrupt estate releases a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a charge of €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the offered price and any lower sale price, as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction's applicable terms and sales conditions before bidding.

• bids are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• the item is sold "as is", but the seller is responsible for ensuring the listing information is correct
