If you cannot use the week yourself, renting out the cottage is easy — just notify reception who will collect the keys.

The buyer will have access to the share from week 19/2026 (Sat 2 May 2026 - Sat 9 May 2026).

The apartment is available from 16:00 and must be vacated by 10:00.

The buyer is responsible for Holiday Club’s registration fee (€40 private / €60 companies). Sole trader Heli Hedman will provide all documents required for registration with Holiday Club.

The buyer must promptly make the transfer tax declaration and pay the transfer tax (1.5% of the purchase price; no tax is due for amounts under €10) and deliver the transfer tax certificate to the seller. Sole trader Heli Hedman will send the buyer detailed instructions for making the transfer tax declaration in OmaVero.
