- Connection fees are not included in the price; the buyer is responsible for arranging connection agreements and meeting contractual obligations.

- The buyer undertakes to build on the plot so that the building can be taken into use within three (3) years of signing the transfer document.

- The buyer does not have the right to transfer the plot undeveloped to a third party without the town’s written consent.

- The buyer is responsible for partitioning and title deed costs.

- The town of Kristiinankaupunki will cover the costs of preparing the deed and the fee of the sale confirmer.

Selection is based on the highest price bid. However, the town reserves the right to accept or reject offers. Conditional offers are not accepted.

The town of Kristiinankaupunki reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.

The purchase price is payable at the time of purchase. Ownership transfers to the buyer when the deed is signed and the purchase price has been paid.

The sale requires a final sales decision from the technical board or the town council.

Handling of offers

Offers made in the auction are binding. Failure to pay the offered purchase price and/or reservation fee within the given deadline may lead to liability for damages.

If the highest binding bidder has made an unjustified bid, they must pay €1,000.00 to the seller within 3 days as a penalty for incurred costs.
