Sale of an enforcement-seized hall/warehouse building (approx. 406 m², partly unfinished) on leased land in Silvasti, Mikkeli, Mikkeli

The property will be sold by ascending-bid online auction organised on www.huutokaupat.com between 15 October 2026 and 4 November 2026. Registration is required to participate. The deadline for submitting bids is 4 November 2026 at 14:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

The National Enforcement Authority Finland is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit bids through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic bidding function. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the bid relates. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The bid must be submitted by 3 November 2026 at 12:00 to the Mikkeli office of the National Enforcement Authority Finland, Raatihuoneenkatu 5, 5th floor, 50100 Mikkeli, or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

The property has been seized for enforcement and is sold by the enforcement officer through a private sale, applying, where appropriate, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the property, the sales brochure and the attached documents before submitting a bid. The sales brochure is indicative and does not provide a comprehensive description of the property.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

An enforcement appeal against the sale or an act related to or preceding the sale must be lodged within three weeks of the sale. Instructions for lodging an appeal will be attached to the sale decision.
