This Porsche was originally sold for the German market and imported into Finland in 2005. The car remained with the same owner until 2017, after which it has been part of a car collection.

The car has remained completely original inside and out, with no aftermarket installations or modifications.

The Porsche has an excellent paint finish, professionally resprayed in the original colour approximately 20 years ago.

The car was comprehensively serviced in December 2025 after a long period of storage:

- Timing belt and all other belts

- New water pump and rollers

- Fuel pump and filter

- Engine oil

- Gearbox oil

- Differential oil

- Power steering fluid

- Coolant

- All filters

- Brake fluid

- Spark plugs

- Distributor and ignition amplifier

- Temperature gauge sensor

In addition to the service history, it is worth noting that the Variocam was refurbished in Germany at approximately 100,000 km.

In Porsche’s history, transaxle cars (engine at the front, gearbox at the rear) established a new, dynamic direction. The ultimate crown and final chapter of this era was the legendary Porsche 968, equipped with a 3-litre

four-cylinder engine. It offers a perfect 50:50 weight distribution and a pure mechanical driving feel that no modern digital car can replace.

A total of only around 12,000 Porsche 968s were produced worldwide, including convertibles. Just over 8,000 hard-top Coupé models were made, making this car considerably rarer than most other Porsche models.
