Terms of Sale

The seller undertakes to sell the item to the highest bidder.

The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com does not act as a party to the transaction.

The property is sold in the condition and with the equipment described in the listing and at the time of sale. The buyer has no right to exchange or return.

No warranty is given for the property. The descriptions in the listing are the seller’s assessments of the property. Anyone participating in the auction must inspect the property themselves before making a binding offer. By submitting an offer the bidder accepts the property’s condition as is.

It is also possible to participate in the auction in person by submitting a written binding offer to the seller. All offers will be recorded publicly in the property listing.
