Terms of Sale

The seller undertakes to sell the item to the highest bidder.

The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com does not act as a party to the transaction.

The property is sold in the condition and with the equipment shown in the listing and at the time of sale. The buyer has no right of exchange or return.

No warranty is granted for the property. The listing descriptions are the seller’s estimates only. Those participating in the auction must inspect the property themselves before making a binding offer. By placing an offer the bidder accepts the condition of the property as is.
