Enjoy restaurants, terraces, theatre and shopping — then return to the calm of your holiday home or relax in the spa’s hot tubs. The same building houses the lovely Harmony Spa treatments, restaurants and a sunny terrace with superb lake views.

Walking paths start nearby where you can admire the views of Lake Näsijärvi and the harbour and watch the sunset. There are great picnic spots along the route, so remember to bring a blanket and a basket!

The Lapinniemi area is excellent — you are close to both the city centre and the Särkänniemi amusement park. Families should also note the Moomin Museum and several nearby beaches.

Owning a holiday week is primarily about carefree holidays. As a week owner you buy a share of the holiday apartment. Holiday Club takes care of maintenance and cleaning including linen so you can concentrate on relaxing and enjoying your stay.

If you cannot use the week yourself it is easy to rent out or you can transfer the week to a friend — just inform reception who will collect the keys.

The service charge covers end-cleaning, bed linen, towels, parking, consumables, upkeep of the apartment and grounds, purchases, heating, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, waste management, maintenance services and emergency cover, reception and key service, property management, administration, etc.

The buyer pays the 2026 service charge and will have use of the apartment for week 22/2026 from Fri 22 May 2026 – Fri 29 May 2026. Check-in from 16:00 and check-out by 11:00.

Pets allowed (pet fee €35 per week).

Terms of Sale

The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid.

All shares for sale are mine unless otherwise stated.

Preparation of the deed and sending the share certificate by registered post are included in the price. Delivery of the share certificate by insured post is available for an additional €20.

There are no outstanding service charge arrears on the share.

Payment within 1 day of the listing’s closing. If you need a longer payment period please agree this before making an offer.

The buyer is responsible for Holiday Club’s registration fee (€40 for private individuals / €60 for companies). T:mi Heli Hedman will provide all documents needed for the Holiday Club registration.

The buyer must promptly file the transfer tax declaration and pay the transfer tax (1.5% of the purchase price; no tax if under €10) and provide the seller with the transfer tax certificate. T:mi Heli Hedman will send the buyer detailed instructions for filing the transfer tax declaration in OmaVero.
