Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability for compensation pursuant to the Enforcement Code, Chapter 5, Section 25.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer through the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be added to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic bidding function. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as bids in the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s personal and contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the item number in the huutokaupat.com service to which the offer applies. Arrangements for submitting a written offer must be agreed in advance with the enforcement officer and the offer must be delivered to the Enforcement Authority’s Lahti office, Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti, no later than 08 April 2026 at 12:00.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system functionality. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as highest.
The enforcement officer may, at their discretion, extend the deadline for submitting bids.

The buyer is responsible for any fees arising from the transfer of connection agreements.

The foreclosed property is sold in an online auction with incremental bidding on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting purchase offers expires on 12 April 2026 at 18:00 or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid has been made.

If it is not possible to place a bid through the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be connected to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 08 April 2026 at 12:00 at the address below.
