The object is sold by competitive bidding in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com during the period 11 March 2026 – 07 April 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 07 April 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The seized object is sold by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period runs from 11 March 2026 – 07 April 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If an accepted bid is approved, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability to compensate under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the one the service provider’s system recognises as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. The written bid must be delivered to the Enforcement Authority in writing no later than 01 April 2026 at 12:00 to the address Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the Huutokaupat.com object number to which the bid relates. The bidder must identify themself to the enforcement authority when submitting a written bid.

If it is not possible to place bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, the buyer candidate may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be connected to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 01 April 2026 at 12:00 at the address Utsökningsverket/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Björneborg. A written bid is binding and the same conditions apply as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the bid’s maximum amount and the number of the object in Huutokaupat.com. The bidder must identify themself to be able to submit the bid.
