Arable land for sale: Uusi-Mälkilä, Pälkäne

Bids must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest bid is the bid that the seller has accepted as the highest. By making a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Viewing the property

Bidders are obliged to inspect the property, documents and papers before making an offer. The buyer cannot afterwards invoke matters that could have been observed during a prior inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information known to the seller that can reasonably be assumed to affect the sale.

Conclusion of the sale

After the bidding, the Municipality of Pälkäne will make decisions on the sale in accordance with its administrative rules.

The sale of the property must be made in the form prescribed by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the signing. The buyer pays the notary's fee for the confirmation of the sale.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for transfer tax and title registration costs in accordance with applicable tax practice. The buyer is also responsible for subdivision costs for the portion and the notary's fee.

Withdrawal from the sale

A party who refuses to conclude the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the sale.
