The item has been photographed by the seller for the listing. • 👓 Inspection of the lot The bidder must inspect the lot, company documents and records before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later refer to a matter that could have been observed during a pre-inspection.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before purchasing. Always verify all relevant matters before making a purchase decision, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the equipment, and potential hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle status: The buyer is responsible for checking vehicles' tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agent and debt collection costs in full with interest. Please read the auction terms and sales conditions that apply to this auction before placing a bid.
