• 🚙 Vehicle compliance: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check vehicles’ tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom’s public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Utility disconnection: Buyer is responsible for safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a charge of €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and debt-collection costs in full with interest. Please read the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this sale before bidding.
