• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition-checked. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The goods come from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noted in the listing.

• 👓 Viewing the item Bidders are obliged to inspect the item, and any company documents and papers, before making an offer. The buyer cannot later claim a defect that could have been discovered during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or return right provided by the seller for the item on sale. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The successful bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Please note that each lot has its own collection fee; if you have bids on several lots, the collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the 'delivery methods and costs' section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankrupt estate; please take this into account when bidding. The items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before purchase. Always verify before buying any related matters, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the equipment, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle data service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Pickup times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  If a buyer withdraws, the seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the originally offered price and the lower resale price, as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms applicable to this auction before bidding.

• offers are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• the item is sold "as is", but the seller is responsible for ensuring the listing information is correct

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction ending, the bid will no longer bind the bidder
