• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The goods come directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by a professional inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noted in the listing.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding Before placing a bid, the bidder must inspect the item and any company documents and papers. The buyer may not later rely on any matter that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Guarantee: The item is sold without any warranty, exchange or right of return from the seller. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Please note that each bid has its own pickup fee; if you win multiple bids, the pickup fee must be paid for each item. The pickup fee is shown in the “delivery methods and costs” section on the auction page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please consider this when bidding. The items are not new, so defects and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before deciding to buy. Always check matters related to the purchase beforehand, such as vehicle taxes, the condition of the equipment and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle compliance: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information using Traficom's public vehicle data service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a charge of €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the terms of sale before placing a bid.

• Offers are binding; there is no exchange or right of return.

• The item is sold on an "as is" basis, but the seller is responsible for ensuring the correctness of the information given in the listing.
