• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-checked. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods come straight from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the listing. The product has not been inspected by a surveyor, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing the item The bidder must, before placing an offer, inspect the item and any company documents and papers. The buyer cannot later rely on something that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no seller's warranty, exchange or return right. Offers are binding.

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always check all relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the equipment, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection records via Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes transfer in full to the new owner. The sale includes inspected and uninspected vehicles and possibly vehicles with unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between a possible lower selling price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please review the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before bidding.
