• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods are from use or storage. The item has been photographed for the listing by the seller. The product has not been inspected by a surveyor, so hidden defects that were not noticed when listing may exist.

• 👓 Viewing the lot The bidder must, before placing a bid, familiarise themselves with the lot and any related documents. The buyer may not later claim a fault that could have been observed during a pre-bid inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item sold carries no seller warranty, exchange or return right. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) calendar days according to the collection and payment instructions emailed by Huutokaupat.com. Note that each successful bid has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, the collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the “delivery methods and fees” section on the auction page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT; VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Products Goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may contain defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Please always check all relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition, and possible hidden faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle’s tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom’s public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower sale price and the offered price as well as any agent and debt collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and conditions and the terms of sale before placing a bid.

• bids are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• the item is sold as is, but the seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information given in the listing

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) business days of the auction’s end, the bid no longer binds the bidder
