The City of Helsinki is selling by tender the residential apartment block plot (AK) 38107/16 (91-38-107-16, area 715 m²) at Malmin raitti 3 in Ylä-Malmi, together with the protected building on the plot and its extension, for use in accordance with the local detailed plan.
