Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the offer the seller has accepted as highest. It is also possible to participate in the auction in person on site by submitting an offer to the seller. The seller and buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. The bidder accepts these terms of sale when placing a bid.

Inspection of the property

Conclusion of the sale

Payment of the purchase price shall be made within two (2) bank working days of acceptance of the bid. The buyer pays the service fee for the property transfer service.

Other costs
The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the applicable tax practice.
Withdrawal from the sale
A party that refuses to complete the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the transaction.
